Co-founder
Shana is a Los Angeles native who grew up with real estate in her DNA and developed her passion for the industry at an early age. With a keen eye for design, a deep and sincere connection with the people around her, as well as the ability to see a property’s true potential, Shana works tirelessly for her clients to help them find their dream home. Understanding each client’s unique personality, vision, and taste is at the core of what she does, and uses that insight to custom tailor each client’s home search, or the search for the right buyer.
 
Since joining The Beverly Hills Estates, Shana has made her mark on the Los Angeles residential landscape, from finding and negotiating dream deals for first-time homeowners to listing and selling some of the region’s most desired and prominent estates, she has earned mentions from the Wall Street Journal, the Robb Report, and numerous local and national trade publications.
 
Each experience has been a building block in Shana’s journey toward excellence in luxury residential brokerage. Her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Southern California and subsequent work experiences in hospitality, event planning, and retail and restaurant brokerage further advanced her client service and management skill sets.
 
She learned the craft of client relations from organizing private and corporate vents for high-profile accounts such as Amazon Studios, Apple, Vanity Fair, Tommy Hilfiger, Interscope Records, and City of Angels, during her time with The h.wood Group, a premier restaurant and nightlife hospitality group. She continued to hone her skills by devoting herself in retail and restaurant brokerage at Cushman and Wakefield. There she had the opportunity to represent the best in class Landlords and Tenants all over Los Angeles including Sprout Restaurant Group, Hot 8 Yoga, Sugarfish, Kazunori, Uovo, Barry’s Bootcamp, and Beard Papas.
 
She used her intuition, vision, and relentless market analysis to place restaurants that have since become the heartbeat of their surrounding communities. “What sets me apart from other agents is that I grew up surrounded by the LA real estate industry and know the city very well – the people, places, and cultures,” said Shana. “I have brought my knowledge from hospitality into brokerage and learned how to work under pressure and get the job done while maintaining a sincere personal relationship with each of my clients. I want everyone to feel as if they can reach out to me at any time of the day, and that I deeply understand their sensitivities, and desires, and help materialize their needs.”
 
Her past experiences balancing and manifesting the goals of high-profile individuals and corporations have perfectly prepared her to anticipate and exceed the expectations of The Beverly Hills Estates’ clientele. Shana also speaks Spanish and Farsi, expanding her ability to serve a global clientele.
